Meeting Room

Public Meeting Rooms
The Library offers two small meeting rooms for groups of six or less and one large meeting room for 40 or less. The large meeting room, or Schroeder Room, also serves as the Children's area for story hour and Summer Library Program. The rooms must be booked in advance either in person or by phone. A form must be signed at the front desk before the room is used. Library programming takes precedence over other requests. There is no charge for the use of these rooms, but it is expected that anyone using the facilities will tidy up and return the room to its original configuration after use. The meeting rooms must be used during the library's normal operating hours. See policy for more information on use.
